Training our team keeps safety top of mind at all times. We believe that in doing so we help improve the industry's safety record and bring traditional steeplejack access methods up to date with modern techniques such as the Steeplejack Bosun’s seat, and many more. We are leading the industry with our continued investment in new skill and, at present have four apprentices on board. We firmly believe that there is a direct link between the level of investment in training and the long term success of our company. We believe in continually improving professional development and look forward to the challenges of carrying this specialist skill that lies at the heart of our industry, into the next generation. We work on many challenging locations and as a result we have made training and raising industry standards our top priority. Firmly committed to the Industry's Apprentice Scheme, we also ensure the highest of standards with all of the training for Delta climbing personnel being carried out through IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association).
