TRAINING RECORD

The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 requires you to provide whatever information, instruction, training and supervision is necessary to ensure, the health and safety at work of your employees. 

All staff at Osborne Delta are trained to the highest industry standards. We not only plan but evaluate the effect training has on our staff as this helps us to continually improve and exceed expectations. Training our staff is our number one priority.

Certification

All operatives are directly employed by Osborne Delta and are registered with the CITB and carry CSCS cards. They also have certificates for training in the following:

Abrasive Wheel Use
Cable Detection
Fitting of Sarna Clips
Safe Work at Height

Senior Management are trained and hold certificates for Health and Safety and Risk Assessment.

Managing Safety 

We regularly carry out site safety visits to our teams and tool box talks form part of our safety awareness campaigns.

We have in place a Health and Safety Training Plan highlighting the training required for each employee and manager during the current year.
