The Brief

This forty-story residential tower is situated in the heart of Jumeirah Lake Towers and is one of the largest projects in the area. The brief here was to source and install high intensity lighting. The contractor had also had a problem with sourcing suitable brackets and appointed Delta Obstruction Lighting to provide the best solution.

The Delta Difference

At Delta Middle East, we have collaborated with the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) to bring unique products to the marketplace, as well as providing long term installation and maintenance cover for leading communications as approved by British Telecom.

In spite of the Gold Crest Views consultants’ requirements for high intensity lighting, Delta successfully acquired Dubai Civil Aviation Authority approval for using medium intensity lights. These medium intensity lights minimized the disturbance caused to passers by.

Although the contractors had a problem with obtaining the suitable brackets, Delta managed to successfully solve the problem by designing appropriate brackets fabricated especially for the contractors’ requirements in line with the consultants’ specification.
